- Successfully installed carpet and vinyl flooring on major cruise ships. All projects were completed within tight dry-dock schedules, adhering to high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
- Disney Fantasy – Carpet Installation – The installation of a total of 47,500 square meters of carpet was executed, which is comparable to the area of 11.5 American football stadiums. This undertaking encompassed the carpeting of all 1,257 passenger cabins and suites, as well as all corridors and restaurants. Additionally, carpet skirtings were manufactured in-house utilising our specialised surging machines. The project was completed within a four-week timeframe, employing a skilled workforce of 85 technicians. The installation process was conducted across various passenger and crew areas and was finalised on schedule, ensuring no disruption to the ship's operational activities.
- Carnival Cruise Line US – Vinyl Installation – The installation of 4,000 square meters of flash cove vinyl flooring throughout the crew accommodation areas, which encompass both crew cabins and the connecting corridors. This project was efficiently executed and completed during a three-week dry dock period, ensuring minimal disruption to the ship’s operations. The chosen flooring material is high-performance and hygienic, specifically designed to withstand the challenges of marine environments, providing durability and safety for the crew members residing in these spaces.
